By using Al Joker, you agree to these terms, provide accurate information, and protect access to your account. The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account to the extent permitted by law.

Workspace access and usage limits follow the active plan and subscription cycle. Al Joker may use internal cost controls, but they are not cash and are not presented as the value of the public plan.
Payment and renewal
The plan price, billing frequency and transaction terms are shown during selection or checkout. Payments may be processed by an external provider, while cancellation and refund requests follow the displayed purchase terms and applicable law.
Content, rights, and review
Al Joker assists with strategy, plans, copy, visual direction, uploaded media, connected design workflows, publishing, campaigns, and analytics. You retain your rights in materials you provide and grant Al Joker the limited permission needed to process them for requested features. Generated, imported, or exported outputs require human review before approval, publication, or commercial use.
Canva and connected services
Canva remains the source of the editable Canva design. You must connect your own Canva account, approve the requested permissions, and comply with Canva's applicable terms. Available creation, editing, template, brand, resize, and export capabilities depend on the connected Canva account and plan. Al Joker subscription fees do not include Canva Pro or any paid Canva plan. Al Joker does not claim unsupported capabilities and does not automatically approve or publish a design. You may disconnect Canva from the relevant brand settings; this revokes or removes Al Joker's authorization and deletes Canva-derived connection data as described in the Privacy Policy, while final files already exported to Al Joker remain under your control.
Publishing and campaigns
Publishing, Meta, and other connected-service actions operate only through supported accounts and available features. Review content, media, audience, budget, and settings before approval. Al Joker fees do not include advertising spend paid to an advertising platform.
Acceptable use and rights
Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive or rights-infringing content, to bypass safeguards or to access another party’s data. You confirm that you have the right to upload materials and instruct us to process them.
Availability and changes
Some features depend on third-party providers, account permissions, plan capabilities, regional availability, rate limits, and connected-account status. Tools, models, and limits may change to improve the service, maintain compliance, or protect stability. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated when required.
Suspension and liability
Access may be restricted for misuse, security risk or non-payment. The service is provided within technical availability, and liability remains subject to limits allowed by applicable law without excluding rights that cannot legally be excluded.
